Choose the issue you actually have
| Situation | Useful starting point | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| The app opens but sign-in fails | Login help | Check the existing account’s sign-in method before trying new registrations. |
| A sign-in code has not arrived | OTP help | Delivery, registered-number access and provider retry rules are different issues. |
| You changed device or lost access | Account recovery | Preserve existing sessions and recovery options before changing installations. |
| You are unsure which website is official | Publisher-identity checks | A familiar title or logo does not establish the account provider. |
Keep the account with its provider
Use the verified app or publisher channel for the actual sign-in flow. Teen Patti Search provides instructions and does not accept account credentials, verification codes or identity documents.
App builds and providers can use different authentication methods. The login and OTP guides explain conditional checks rather than claiming that every APK carrying this name offers the same screens.
Prepare before contacting publisher support
Record the app’s package and version, device model, Android release, exact error and approximate time. Explain whether the problem happens before a code is requested, while receiving it or after entering it.
Keep secrets out of a report. The provider’s own verified process determines any identity checks or recovery decisions. A download site cannot reset another provider’s account.
Separate an account issue from an app issue
If the app crashes before you reach sign-in, start with app troubleshooting. If it opens and displays an account-specific error, preserve the current installation and use the relevant provider account route.
